Home Appliance And Commercial Appliance

Since the yesteryears, human mankind has never mingled the personal life with his professional life. The same criteria are applicable to all the appliances in both the areas. If your work space is same nevertheless the needs of appliance for getting your job done will be same. The line that separates the two is very minuscule, as the work and home have the same needs. Almost every human is striving for a comfortable and a less painstaking work load for doing your daily chores. From the onset of mankind the five basic must have kitchen appliance, these are the refrigerator, washer and dryer, stove and dishwasher. It all depends on narrowing down your needs as a family or office space and then the other small appliances come in picture. The microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, food processor, extra ranges and more are just to name a few.

Businesses rarely have as many home appliances as homes do, although, some businesses can require the same appliances only in more heavy-duty models. For example, in your home, the coffee maker is usually only turned on and run once in the morning. In a fair sized business, the coffee maker could be used five or ten times a day, or more for a larger business! When shopping for your home, you would probably buy a regular 12 cup coffee maker, but when shopping for a large business you would probably want to find something more durable and large in proportion to the amount of people that will be using it.

For a smaller kitchen in your neighborhood you will find just three appliances which you cannot imagine working without, the microwave, a small fridge and a kettle. Perceptions of the ideal set of appliances for your kitchen vary depending on the amount of comfort and the kitchen space you have. The large organizations might prefer something that is heavy duty and full sized. Now you would preferably like a dishwasher as employees all around would not want to dirty their hands while working around computers. Some of the more likely appliances could be the very large freezers and refrigerators. Who does not like to have a frozen ice cream in the hot summer then the huge freezers come in handy? However all this depend son your work atmosphere to a major extent. Toronto appliance have a wide range to cater to all your personal needs.

Another difference is that the business appliances require higher wattage to operate, than the appliances used at home. Even the home appliances around the world require different voltage depending on the country you are living. The appliance in the office are used more frequently and handled roughly in comparison to the home devices. It is very difficult to find the right portal for your needs and that fits your requirements. Canada appliances is the answer to all your needs be it for business or personal use, they provide you with the service that is rendered at the best price.

Does A Sauna Require A lot Of Maintenance?

Maintenance should not be an area of worry with a sauna. The amount of maintenance required for either a traditional or infrared sauna is very little if any. The only real maintenance needed is to wipe down the walls and benches every so often with a mild solution of water and soap. Regular sauna maintenance is like maintaining any other room in your house. In actual fact saunas are easier to maintain than most bathrooms.

Owning a traditional sauna requires more maintenance than that of an infrared sauna. The one thing to avoid in a sauna is chemical cleaners. The residues from these cleaners may be released when the sauna is heated. This can cause unpleasant smells and in extreme cases it may affect your breathing. Most of the maintenance needs to be done in a preventative manner. Since the goal of the sauna is to sweat out toxins, what you need to do is provide towels for people to sit on. Providing the towels helps to maintain the wood.

In most cases the infrared sauna is fully portable, which requires no installation, no ventilation, no water, and as a result very little maintenance. The traditional sauna heats the air, whereas far infrared heater heats only 20 percent of the air, this leaves 80 percent of the heat available to directly heat the occupants of the sauna. With the traditional sauna heating the air you may need to adjust the wooden door of the sauna due to swelling. This can happen because of the humidity.

If you are thinking of going out and buying a sauna for your home you need not worry about the possible maintenance involved. Saunas are one of the most carefree areas of your home.

Why Remodel Your Home

The old saying holds true: be it ever so humble, there's no place like home. Those who are fortunate to own their own home have the luxury of being able to hammer a nail into a wall without consequence, or replacing carpet with wooden or marble tile, or painting a wall any color they choose.

And, like fashions, homes do tend to go in and out of style as time passes. What might have been the trend in home furnishings and appliances when you bought your home may appear passe and unattractive now. More than likely, you have considered a home makeover, but is it necessary to go to something extreme like renovation of a room or an entire house? Is it affordable? How will it benefit you in the long run?

Here are a few things to consider if you are thinking of hiring a contractor to remodel your home:

Growth Have there been new additions to the family since you bought the house? Would you rather stay put than sell and look for something bigger? If you have the property and the resources, having an addition to the house may be more affordable than starting over with a new place. Your home can grow as your family grows, yet the familiar sites and environs that attracted you to where you live remain.

Value What is the current value of your home? Were you to sell, would you get a fair price for it in today's market? Home renovation may actually increase the value of your property, and with updated appliances and structures you may stand a better chance at attracting a willing buyer who doesn't have to take care of renovations.

Security and Safety Sometimes, renovation is necessary from a safety standpoint. If you should become injured or ill and require care, you may still want to remain in your home. Renovations to make your home more accessible to you can improve your quality of life.

Home Warranty And Home Improvements

Many "for sale by owner" sellers find themselves asking, "is it vital for me to have a home warranty and make home improvements?" There are some significant advantages to having a home warranty and making improvements.

If the "for sale by owner" home is in mediocre condition, it may need a few home improvements. If you want to amplify the price of your home, improvements are your best option. This may be harmful if your home is in good condition. In this case you might spend a thousand dollars on improvements, but the sales price will not amplify by a thousand dollars. In most cases, adding improvements to the kitchen and bathrooms will amplify the price of the sale.

In most cases, you will only amplify the sales price by nine hundred dollars for every thousand dollars you spend on home improvements. If you feel that you can perform any of the work yourself, it will make the improvement more fortunate. To rephrase this, a thousand dollar project may cost you less than five hundred dollars if you do all of the manual labor. This creates a net gain of four hundred dollars after you factor in the nine hundred dollar increase in price you will preserve.

It is important to remain heedful when putting money into a "for sale by owner" home. Sometimes your investments will not yield a sizable enough return. It will be the burden of the buyer to make any home improvements that you cannot generate a profit from. There is an exception to this. You have no choice but to make improvements to house that is in such mediocre condition that it will never sell without some home improvements.

A home warranty is something you may want to look at as soon as you feel that your home has been repaired enough that it is ready to go on the market. For the time period that the home is on the market, a home warranty will cover all major appliances, electrical system, plumbing system, heating, and air conditioning. More often than not, the seller pays for the warranty, which costs between three and four hundred dollars. A %different% approach that is often taken by many sellers would be to include this cost in the sales price of the home.

Those who build homes invariably have home warranties with new homes. It is reasonable for someone to want a home warranty for an older home when you take into consideration all of the older appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.

It is crucial that you advertise that you have a warranty on the home if you get a seller's warranty. This is an inexpensive method that makes prospective buyers feel more at ease with making a purchase.

You may or may not be familiar with a buyer's warranty. The buyer pays for this warranty. Coverage lasts for up to a year after the day of closing. The same appliances and systems covered by the seller's warranty are covered by this warranty. The buyer chooses who pays for this insurance. The warranty can be renewed every year.

Critical Carbon Monoxide Facts for Every Home and Office

Carbon Monoxide (CO) is a colorless, odorless, and tasteless poisonous gas that can be fatal when inhaled. It is known as the "silent killer". It inhibits the blood's capacity to carry oxygen. Carbon Monoxide occurs when any fuel such as gasoline, propane, natural gas, and wood is burned and is a by-product of incomplete combustion. Basically, if you have fire, you have Carbon Monoxide.

Today's modern appliances are designed to minimize the production of CO. However, should one of these appliances malfunction. It can begin producing CO, and in an unvented environment can potentially build up to dangerous levels. Some examples of situations that might cause carbon monoxide poisoning are a blocked chimney or a cracked or loose furnace heat exchanger.

Some symptoms, be aware of, if you are suffering from carbon monoxide poisoning. Our dizziness, severe headaches, sleepiness, nausea, fatigue and weakness, also look out for disorientation or confusion. If you experience any of these symptoms. Consult a physician as soon as possible.

All homes and offices should be equipped with CO detectors. The only way to detect Carbon monoxide is using the detector, since it is not detectable by any of the five senses. It is very important to have your heating system inspected annually by a qualified technician and also operate all appliances in accordance with manufacturers instructions. In your garage never leave your car running or use appliances in enclosed and attached areas such as garages.

Carbon monoxide alarms should be installed on each level of a home or office. If a house has only one carbon monoxide alarm, it should be installed in the main bedroom or in the hallway outside the sleeping area. Make sure to place the detector at least 15 feet away from fuel-burning appliances. Also, it is not recommended to put the carbon monoxide detector in dead air spaces or next to a window or door. Test each alarm once a month by pressing the test/reset button. If it is a battery operated detector, replace the battery at least every six months. Periodically clean the carbon monoxide detector by vacuuming with a soft brush attachment or wiping with a clean, dry cloth.

Kitchen Appliances - What You Need To Know When You Shop

Very few things will add as much to your kitchen as your appliances. More convenience, more features and more attractiveness can all be achieved through making good purchasing decisions.

When you begin shopping for appliances such as refrigerators, ovens or dishwashers, know what you want before you ever leave your house. If it is affordable for you, buying all your appliances together makes the most sense. Rather than just buy appliances because they are must-haves for today's world, you can give your kitchen a "together" look that fits in with the style of your home. So decide what kind of look you are going for and what features you want before you shop, and you will be well on your way to a more enjoyable kitchen atmosphere.

One of the biggest considerations when buying an appliance is "Will it work?" You certainly don't want to spend $1000 or more on an appliance only to find that the small part you need to replace in the icemaker every six months is hard to come by. Once you've found something you like, ask the salesperson what types of warranties are available and do some outside research to make sure you can get replacement parts easily should you need them.

If a warranty is offered to you, read it carefully. Sometimes you may not even need it. Some manufacturer's warranties are good for as long as a warranty you can buy, and many people feel that service warranties are a waste of money because if something is going to break before it's time, it will probably happen in the period covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you do decide to go with a warranty, don't spend too much money, as it may not be that useful in the long run. And if nothing goes wrong during the first warranty period, renewing it may not be wise.

If you are concerned about the amount of service your appliance will need or how much it will cost, call the manufacturer. They should be able to supply you with enough information to make your decision.

You also want to think about the amount of activity your appliance will get. If you use your appliances daily, such as a dishwasher, you will want a machine that can handle the capacity and you won't want to penny-pinch if this is the case.

Pay close attention to the energy consumption of your machine as this is often overlooked by some consumers. Not only is energy efficiency important for the environment, it will save you money. The law provides that EnergyGuide labels be placed on most appliances. If the appliance you wish to buy is not labeled properly, think about looking elsewhere.

Saving Energy In The Home

At a time where there is a growing energy shortage and with the rising costs of the energy that is available home owners are seeking ways to keep their monthly energy bills down. Energy conservation is not nearly as expensive as some people might think. In fact, the process is fairly simple and takes little time and effort. It is simply a matter of knowing where to start.

-Lighting : This is one of the best ways to reduce your monthly energy bills. Compact fluorescent lights provide the same light as the older standard light bulbs while using significantly less power.

-Energy Star Appliances : Appliances that meet the "Energy Star" requirements utilize less power through intelligent design and production. Good examples of these appliances include the new style front load washers and dryers which also use less water than traditional top load units.

-Seals : Have you ever checked your home's seals around windows and doors? Have you checked the attic and basement? Chances are that there are a few places where air can escape through old or worn seals. Redoing the seals on in your home can help put money back into your pocket.

-Ceiling Fans : Ceiling fans provide more than cooling during the warmer months, during the winter and fall, turn your fan to reverse to provide a constant updraft which circulates warm air throughout the room keeping it warmer.

-Thermostats : These devices are a great way to cut back on energy bills. By allowing you to control the temperature and humidity in the home you can dictate the amount of energy that is expended in heating your home.

Saving money on home heating and energy bills not only free funds up for other home projects but the process helps out the environment by easing the demand for energy. Any home that is leaking energy increases the demand on an already fragile supply. Take the time to help out the planet and save yourself some cash while you are at it.

Finding The Right Fixer-Upper

Finding the right fixer-upper for a real estate investment can be tricky. It's hard to know exactly what a home requires in terms of fixes before you actually get in there and start taking stuff apart and getting into the renovations. The best you can do is shop wisely after doing your research and try to make sure that the home you have purchased will take little work to revamp it into a work of art.

One of the most important things to take into consideration in buying a fixer-upper is the condition of the exterior. Depending on what the outside of the home is constructed from, there will be differing concerns. Wood and stucco are both susceptible to water damage, although for different reasons. Stucco can become damaged, usually when seams and corners are improperly finished or sealed. This allows water to get underneath the finish and into the wood beneath. Wood, while being susceptible to weather damage is also prone to damage from bugs, termites specifically. Before buying a home make sure that the inspector checks the condition of the exterior thoroughly, making sure there is no environmental damage and that all seams and joints are properly sealed.

In regards to the interior, if you can find a place that simply needs some paint, and maybe new appliances and fixtures then you are set. New appliances are a great start for any renovation. They can easily change the look of a tired old kitchen and new appliances are one of the things that most home buyers notice first in homes. Another great cosmetic element that can drastically increase the value of a home is new flooring. Laminate is a popular surface that looks great and is quite easy to install. It can also be relatively inexpensive and is functional for most any room. Although you may want to consider a more durable surface such as tile for areas like the kitchen and bathroom. Make yourself a list of the things that need to be done in any home that you look at. From that you should be able to make a cost estimation and decide on the right home.

Is Redoing The Kitchen Worth It During Home Sales?

This has been a question that has seen much press and attention when referring to homes sales. Kitchens are a popular room to redo before selling a home as they are one of the classic "show points" in any home show. Also it is a room that can be very easily improved and upgraded. New appliances and countertops can bring new life to a kitchen and indeed this is one of the first rooms that people consider upgrading when closing in on selling time.

The question remains; will you be able to justify the costs of the new kitchen in the asking price? This is a question that should be investigated thoroughly from all angles. Take a look at the average asking price of homes in your area. Make sure that you also look at what they are actually selling for. If your home is already worth that amount your new kitchen may price your home out of the local market and that is never good as it becomes much more difficult to sell a home that is higher priced than it's comps.

Instead of redoing the entire kitchen, why not concentrate on a few things that will spruce up the way it looks? Putting up a new coat of paint is always a good place to start. This goes for all rooms by the way. If your appliances don't match then this is another thing that should be seen to. Matching appliances seen to bring a kitchen together in a way that paint or wallpaper can't seem to do. As one of the main social centers of a home a kitchen should be more than just clean and updated.

It should have a feeling to it that is warm and welcoming. Kitchen s that are cold and bland seen to feel very utilitarian and lack the warmth of properly done kitchens. This is the one place that your family will gather every day so it stands to reason that it should be the most welcoming room possible. The choice is up to you of course. If you feel that the cost of redoing the room can be supported by the asking price and the likely closing price then go ahead! you will definitely not have trouble impressing buyers with the new custom kitchen.

Home Warranties

What is a Home Warranty?

It is a 1 year service contract that helps protect homeowners against the cost of unexpected repairs and replacements of covered major systems and appliances that break from normal usage. What Does a Home Warranty Cover?

- Water heater
- Heating system/Cooling system
- Plumbing system
- All major appliances
- Electrical system What it Doesn't Cover
- Roof
- Doors & Walls
- Items not built-in

Optional Warranties
- Roof
- Well pumps
- Swimming pools, spas

A warranty normally excludes pre-existing conditions, such as items that are not in working condition when coverage is put in place. Where can I get One?

Your REALTOR can provide you with the company information. Many times a seller pays for and provides the coverage to the buyer as part of the transaction.

Ask for a "seller provided" warranty when making an offer on a house. Many buyers purchase them for their own protection.

How Much Do They Cost? The cost for a basic one-year home warranty ranges from $325 to $425. Optional coverage is per added item, such as pool, spa or well pump. Each contract calls for a deductible payment or service call fee from the claimant directly to the repair contractor. This fee is usually $50 to $100. The warranty company picks up the cost of repair above that amount. Home warranties have proven to be well worth the cost of coverage. As a buyer, use it as a negotiation tool in a purchase contract. Why a Home Warranty

Sellers: A Home Warranty provided by the seller will be viewed as a benefit to the buyer. Adding a home warranty to your listing adds confidence and might result in someone purchasing your home over a newer home. Many people are nervous about old appliances and fixtures. Buyers are much more comfortable with a house that includes a one year warranty. The warranty can be promoted in the advertising as a drawing feature of the home. It protects you should something go wrong after the buyer moves in. If a covered system or appliance repair is needed, the Buyer calls the warranty company, not you!

Wholesale Home Appliances

Appliances are necessary in every home. They make life easier, more comfortable and less complicated, especially if you are living in a city where everything proceeds rapidly. From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed to recharge for another long stressful day, the use of electrical appliances is almost unavoidable. They enable you to prepare your breakfast, get dressed for work, and even watch a movie while you relax on your couch.

Buying the right home appliances is essential. Although prices of home appliances continuously go down as manufacturing processes continue to improve, home appliances are still considered valuables. Since they consume energy, the cost of operating them plus the cost of maintaining and repairing them makes them expensive. However, there?s a solution to that - buying wholesale.

Buying wholesale is the best way for you to get great discounts and, thus, save big on your home appliances. Take, for example, a famous 3.5 cu. ft. top loader washing machine with a long list of special features. Retail stores sell it for a price of $1200 while a wholesale home appliance store sells it for just $890.

There are useful tips to keep in mind while buying wholesale home appliances. First, get as much information as you can about wholesale home appliance markets and prices. Establish connections with wholesale home appliance suppliers and know if they accept buyers from the general public. Next, try to make affiliations with groups that are also interested in buying wholesale and have access to cheap wholesale deals. Look for warehouse stores that sell home appliances at very affordable prices. Finally, acquire a reseller?s license so you can purchase the items at wholesale prices.

Used Home Appliances

Any appliance is designed after taking into consideration the needs of users and the environment in which it is going to be used. Manufacturers of appliances conduct research on the usability of their models based on consumer feedback. They apply the results of such research in developing new models in which the loopholes present in earlier designs are plugged. As new models are launched, it is common for many consumers to replace their existing appliances, which might have become outdated. Used appliances don't necessarily have to be discarded, as there is a significant demand for second hand appliances too. Used home appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioners, microwave ovens, dishwashers and washing machines are cheaper than new ones because of the depreciation factor.

Before buying a used home appliance, it is essential to check the extent of its usage and reconfirm that it is in working condition. It is always advisable to get a used appliance checked by a technician before purchase.

Some people prefer disposing off used home appliances when they do not get a good offer from buyers. In such situations, the discarded home appliance can be transported to a special factory, where the discarded appliance is split into parts and disposed off. This is usually done in accordance with environmental protection laws. Burning, burying or decontamination can dispose off harmful or poisonous parts. The parts, which are safe to be used, can be assembled as second hand appliances and returned to the market. A number of exporters, suppliers, manufacturers, factories and distributors engage in the business of dealing in used home appliances. In Japan, there is a law that ensures recycling of used home appliances because of the high cost of treating discarded ones to make them environmentally safe.

Used home appliances contain Chlorofluorocarbons (CFC), leaded glass and other hazardous chemicals. It is generally recommended that the clutter in the form of useless second hand appliances should be discarded. Some people prefer to donate used home appliances to religious or social organizations.

Antenna Boosters For HDTV

Got a choppy HDTV signal? So you are watching on tv your favorite basketball team playing for the championships but suddenly the tv signal has gone wild. You stand up and fix the antenna. You try switching it on and off hoping that you can retrieve the channel. But then your effort is to no avail.

Your tv antenna has failed to pick up a strong signal probably because your home is far from the signal tower or there is something that hinders your tv antenna from getting a strong signal as emitted by the signal tower. There is a solution to that.

Why not get a tv antenna booster? The tv antenna booster will surely allow you to watch your favorite shows on tv without the worry of losing that channel again.

Before you get a tv antenna booster though, you must first know the kind of antenna which your tv possesses. Here are the basic types of tv antennas and some significant terms to take note of.

The HDTV Antenna

For a better understanding, there is no big difference between the antenna used for the HDTV as well as with the DTV. Some of the most unscrupulous personas in the marketing industry made a fallacy out of these antennas for the sake of getting their products ranking first that the rest of the competitors. This issue has greatly affected the honest antenna producers and they had to re-label their products to avoid losing their income.

In connection with the HDTV antenna, there are a couple of important terms that you must familiarize yourself with. Gain refers to the quantity of the signal that the antenna will be collecting. Beam width is all about how directional the antenna can be. Lastly, bandwidth refers to the manner of how the gain differs with the frequency. This emphasizes that a narrowband antenna can receive more channels clearly while some channels may appear vague.

The Dipole Antenna

The Dipole is the simplest antenna used for the tv. The variants of the dipole antenna include the bow tie that contains a wider bandwidth with it, the folded-dipole which is able to solve any problem on efficiency, and the loop which is one type of the folded dipole. All of these kinds possess the same amount of gain and the same pattern on the radiation.

The dipole antenna has with it a positive gain since it does not equally radiate towards all directions. As the general truth goes, a tv antenna should radiate in very few directions. In the United States, the tv antennas are usually placed horizontally. That is why no signal will be picked up by the tv antenna if it is placed in a vertical manner.

The Reflector Antennas

Reflector antennas function by means of the radio waves which are reflected off from a conducting plane. The reflector antennas are common to utilize the double bow-tie variant since it contains a large bandwidth.

The Yagi Antennas

The elements in a Yagi antenna are arranged on an echelon. There is the boom which is a long element that serves to connect all of the parts. There is no current contained in the boom. Since the boom is an insulator, the antenna likewise carries on the same function. The reflector is the rearmost element in the Yagi antenna.

The other element is known as the driven element and the rest of them are termed as directors. Of all the types of antennas, the Yagi antenna is said to be the most magical.

After knowing the type of antenna you've got, you can now start your search for the most appropriate HDTV antenna booster to use. Your choice ranges from the MG 950, MG1090, MG 952, MG 825, and many more.

Kitchen Interior Design - Should You Buy New Appliances When Remodeling Your Kitchen?

This is a fact: your kitchen interior design plays a big part in determining your overall home design’s effectiveness. Often times, your kitchen is one of the largest, and certainly most used rooms in your home. Without a good style for this area, your home design will not work.

One of the big questions most people are faced with when determining whether or not to remodel their kitchen interior design is whether they should purchase new appliances. Here are some guidelines to help you determining whether these steps are really necessary for you.

First of all, always decide on and complete your kitchen décor design or theme before deciding whether or not to purchase new appliances. This way, you can look at and evaluate whether or not your kitchen’s appliances match the overall theme.

If not, then you should probably purchase new ones. If your current kitchen appliances already match the theme and still function properly, there really is no reason to purchase new appliances for your kitchen interior design.

If you do decide to change your kitchen appliances, and are on a limited budget, it is probably a good idea to do so one at a time. If you aren’t able to afford the whole project, then changing your appliances one at a time and waiting until you can afford the next change will be a tremendous benefit to your wallet while at the same time allowing you to move forward with your new kitchen interior design without breaking the bank.

If you have decided to change the kitchen appliances, remember to pick them out according to your new kitchen interior design theme. A good suggestion when shopping to bring along a photo of the new kitchen interior design so that you can compare it to your potential appliances and determine whether or not it will match the overall kitchen. If not, then you’d best move on.

When shopping, try to avoid looking for new appliances at your traditional department or retail store. Often times, you can locate much cheaper items at discount or outlet stores, and especially the internet.

You can usually find much cheaper prices on the web than you could ever find offline. Also, on the internet there generally is a much wider range of options available to you.

When you are shopping at the local department stores, you are somewhat limited in selection, depending on what the store carries. However, the internet literally offers thousands of different sites that retail these new appliances, at the click of a button. Follow these tips, and you will achieve the kitchen interior design you want and at the price that you can afford.

Are Home Appliances Different From Business Appliances?

Homes and businesses can have very different requirements when it comes to choosing appliances. Clearly, if your organization is home-based, your needs are equivalent to that of a residential dwelling. Likewise, if you are running a large manufacturing company your requirements are going to be different. Even so, home and business appliances are basically the same.

As the needs of all homes are pretty much the same, they all have the same basic domestic machines. Businesses, on the other hand can be very different, and have very different requirements. There are five basic, regular residential appliances. These are the washer and dryer, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Other, smaller home appliances can include a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, food processor, extra ranges and more.

Businesses rarely have as many appliances as homes do, although, some companies can require the same machines only in more heavy-duty models. For example, in your house, the coffee maker is usually only turned on and run once in the morning. In a fair sized organization, the coffee maker could be used five or ten times a day, or more for a larger business! When shopping for your residence, you would probably buy a regular 12 cup coffee maker, but when shopping for a large company you would probably want to find something more durable and large in proportion to the amount of people that will be using it.

A lot of businesses, including smaller ones have a kitchen in which there is usually a microwave, small fridge and a kettle. These are the same appliances that you would typically find in a house. The larger organizations may have a more full-sized kitchen with a stove and regular fridge. Businesses like manufacturing companies and factories are the ones that have the heavy duty machines. Some of these appliances include very large freezers and refrigerators. Some factories like to provide frozen treats for their employees in the summer because of the lack of air conditioning, and as such, they need a much more heavy-duty freezer than a residential address would typically have. The fridges in these factories would also be much larger in order to house all of the lunches. Some homes with bigger families can have a large fridge, but not usually as large as the factory fridges.

Another difference between home and business appliances is that manufacturers will sometimes make the business appliances have a higher wattage than the appliances meant for homes. The reason for this is because business appliances are used a lot more often and in a larger capacity than appliances in the setting of a house.

So, there is not much difference between home and business appliances. There only needs to be a difference if the organization is large and has a lot of employees. Also, both of these types of machines are bought at the same stores. It is very hard to find a store that only sells business appliances.
